"Wonderful service. I contacted them for an unexpected problem with the heating. The two people I spoke to on the phone were very helpful. They provided some suggestions of things to try, and when those didn't work they helpfully arranged for someone to come out that day. The engineer arrived right at the start of the allotted time slot and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He was very friendly and not only fixed the problem I'd called for but also another ongoing issue. He explained to me how the boiler works and taught me several things that will be helpful for me to know if there are issues in future. I'm very happy with the service provided and will definitely use them again in future."

"First time using Christys to replace a radiator but had no inhibitor to put in after draining the system, strange when you know you’ll need it - had to chase 2 weeks later to get them to come back to finish job. Asked the lovely chap whilst he was here if able to sort leaky toilet, change tap, bath panel, plinth on cupboard and some flooring, assured me it would be fine but never heard back from the office for over a month. When I phoned them first time asking for a quote I was told they had no paperwork, after I phoned a second time I received a quote for changing tap and bath panel only. Emailed if able to do the rest and got no further response from them. "Cannot recommend Christy Plumbing enough. They removed a broken hot water solar system, and old heating system then replaced it with this lovely new top spec combi.
