The irony of posting such a poor attempt at justification and not realising this is likely to put people off tells you all you need to know. Companies and reputations are built on how you react when something goes wrong and not your five star reviews. Turned up before appointment time and because I was out left a card to rebook. When I rang to check said appointment was a ‘window’. Then didn’t reappear or tell me they weren’t coming. Avoid like the plague Just rang me insist I take this review down. Wouldn’t accept they’d done anything wrong and was incredibly rude Apparently this doesn’t suggest they weren’t coming back"
