"AVOID!! Experienced an absolute shambles with Craig & Paul between November 2021 - January 2022. My car was booked in for minor dent & scratch removal & some small areas of black gloss. The only things that went 'ok' were fog light surrounds and the scratch / dent removal. The rest was a total nightmare. Craig viewed the car before the work was carried out & was confident they could carry out the repair & respray. This transpired into a catalogue of shoddy workmanship, Craig later stating that yellow 'was a hard colour to match'. I had to call and message Craig several times for an update two hours after my car was due to be ready. It transpired that Paul had sprayed the car without checking the colour match before starting the work. The job had overrun, & so the paint could be sealed, I had to pick the car up the following morning from a blasé Paul as owner Craig was on another job...On getting the car home I found that the inside had not been masked properly & there was paint dust, overspray & finger prints over my cargo shelf, leather seats, door panels, door rubbers, etc. The general quality of the respray was also poor, with paint runs, poor lines from shoddy masking & some black spray can 'paint burst' spots. I sent photos to Craig and requested that Paul no longer work on the car, & that only he carry out the work. I then made the decision with Craig to wait over Christmas until the new year when he alone was free to do the work. In the meantime Craig offered to respray the car again, producing another yellow paint he had in store. It, again was not a match. After some back & forth Craig arranged for us both to visit another local business to scan my original paint. A new spray out card was produced which seemed to be a good match. Unfortunately I did not have the foresight to be present when the paint was bought, or to see a receipt for it. My car was then resprayed again, however on collection, despite being closer, it still was not a colour match. On reflection it seems to be similar to the second paint offered. Again the quality of the respray was sub standard, with paint blemishes, overspray again on window rubbers & now, bumper reflectors. Paint is already bringing to peel on a door side strip. Further to this Craig without my knowledge had taken my car to a local car wash company, to remove the internal paint marks. Whilst I appreciate this was a gesture of goodwill, we had agreed I would use my own choice of detailer to do this, and with good reason, as Craig's alternative caused a flat paint spot on a door which had to be polished out, scuffs on rubber trim, alloys & plastic wheel bolt covers. To finish this all off I since found that Beer's had sealed in road dirt & grime on the whole underside of the rear bumper on the second respray, and rather than properly prepping, had just painted over their original poor attempt, thus affecting the new colour. On going back to Craig with video evidence I was then sent a still picture of both himself, & again Paul, working on the car, in some attempt to appease me. At this point felt I had to give up trying to deal with the ongoing such utter incompetence & am now unfortunately left incredibly frustrated every time I look at my car. Craig waived any cost to me, & rightly so. Having visited other local businesses for advice on potential options & getting further quotes, I am now left with up to a £5000 bill for a full respray to rectify Beer's Bodywork abysmal job (£2220 if I want it fully wrapped, which would be a different colour). Do yourself a favour & stay away."
"I recently had the pleasure of using Beer's Bodywork to repair scratches on my car door. I was initially concerned about the cost of repairing the paintwork, but their mobile service turned out to be significantly cheaper than the estimates I received from traditional garages. The technician arrived promptly and was extremely reliable throughout the process. He was friendly and approachable, and he took the time to explain the repair process in detail and put me at ease. The results were outstanding, and I was amazed at how seamlessly the repaired section blended in with the rest of the car's bodywork. I was also impressed by the quick turnaround time and how little disruption the repair work caused to my daily routine. Overall, I highly recommend Beer's Bodywork for anyone in need of car bodywork repairs. Their mobile service is convenient and cost-effective, and their technicians are reliable, friendly, and skilled. I would definitely use their services again in the future."
"Great work, definitely recommend. Repairs to bumper and bodywork expertly completed, can’t see where original damage was. Great colour match and finish. Competitively priced. Professional Service from start to finish"
"Before finding Beer's Bodywork, I spent quite some time dealing with other paint shops, who lacked passion. From the first conversation, Craig was helpful, extremely knowledgeable, articulate and genuinely wanted to help. Since then he has done a great job repairing panel damage, colour coded new fittings and even assisted with non-related items (side bars for example) for which I am very grateful. Nothing is too much trouble for Craig and his team and I do not intend going anywhere else in future. If you are looking for an trustworthy, genuine bodyworker, look no further."
"Would highly recommend Beers for any bodywork repairs . Great friendly customer service and a good quality repair at a reasonable price. The work was completed on time and the car returned in a clean condition. Overall very satisfied and would certainly use them again if needed."
