"We booked for a full service a few weeks in advance for a mechanic to come out to us and carry out work on our drive, but on the day no one showed up! We waited all day with no calls or email to say they weren't coming. When we tried to call it just goes straight to voicemail. The worse I've ever experience. Book my garage needs to sort themselves out and add a fee to these garages/mechanics if no prior notice or cancellation is not received 48 hours before work to be carried out and inform us of this!"
