"Called Luke thursday evening about Vauxhall Insignia problem.Came out no problems.Looked very professional.Told me he can fix the Oil pick up pipe rubber seal.He promised to get the parts on friday and would call me back in the evening and car would be ready by 11ish on saturday..No call back on Friday.Sent text on Saturday and called and left message an hour later.After calling 30 min later his phone was off for the rest of the weekend.it is not a problem if you change your mind or realise that you can`t do the job.But do the courtesy to call me back on Friday so i can sort out someone else.How am i Suppose to find someone else on Saturday afternoon.had to rent a car on Monday to go to work and find another mechanic.Unnecessary behavior.trusted him and he let me down without a single word."
"Absolutely brilliant, after Luke helped me out, my motering maintenance requirements have changed forever, I'm not going to use anyone else. I had broken down the night before and had my car towed to our drive, I contacted Luke, he came round very quickly and had the car back up and running with a new battery within the hour!! Lovely guy, amazing service and great price :)"

"Highly recommend , comes out very quickly , polite , efficient , good price , very trustworthy , I was having a service and I didn’t know if I needed spark plugs , for my car they are quite expensive so he bought them with him and said if I didn’t need them he would take them back , I didn’t need them and he was honest enough to tell me !! He also left me left over oil from the oil change and previously did my boost pressure sensor , wouldn’t go anywhere else now"
