"Very disappointed! Paid £200 and I still have problems! They took my car on a Friday and gave it back on Monday without a preventive. They did not fix the problem and what they have done is changing a CV Boot (cost of £18). They charged me for 2 hours labour (fair enough) of £140 saying that the problem had been fixed. As soon I got the car back, the noise was still there. I rang them and they said to bring it back and they obviously would have charged me by hour for the service. Unbelievable! I paid for a service that I have not received!"
