"Supplied and fitted a new boiler in December 2021. Answered the phone when called and even got a call back when I called a second time. Then 12 months later, engineer Mick was called to start boiler as it was frozen, cured this then returned again to service the boiler. Excellent work and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend."

"Attempted to repair our boiler, which was working but needed a part replaced, this did not work and left us without heating in the depths of winter for 2 days. Didn't seem overly bothered or rushed by this. Second attempt at repair "worked" for a given value of worked. We had heating but hot water didn't work properly afterwards. And then the heating gave up again. I got a second opinion who said we should have just replaced boiler. He in fact chased CS, who were supposed to have contact me about another part for the boiler but never had done. Unfortunately due to the fact that again we had gone 2 more days without heating and the timelines other engineers gave us we were forced to us CS so that we didn't freeze. Boiler was replaced when they said they would, and at a discount of the rate of the work they had already done. Communication was pretty poor throughout the process, and had they just recommended we replace the boiler in the first place instead of messing us about I would likely be writing a 4 or 5 star review. Only reason it is even 2 is because they eventually replaced the boiler quickly and it works fine, but this took something like 8 visits to get right. Can't say I would recommend them at all."
"Bad experience the person who turned up didn't seem to know what he was doing and broke the clips on the boiler door, then denied doing it. But he had to jam a piece of old wood under the door to stop the whole thing falling out. It had been fine before and then after charging £72.00. for a service, he sent in a bill for £123.00 to supply and fit a couple of clips. When I asked him how much do the clips cost he did not know. I asked him as an act of good will, as he was the one who broke the clips in the first place, would he reduce the bill a bit. As the company receptionist said it seemed rather expensive. He just started shouting at me and told me to contact training standards if I wanted to. This job was for my disabled sister who is a vulnerable adult and has carers to help look after her. Be aware of this person. ............................................................ In response to your reply; Sir, You should check your facts. The bill for the service was paid on the day over the phone with your receptionist. It would have been so much easier if you had called me to discuss this matter over the phone, but you never did!"
