"Damien was responsive whilst the one month guarantee was in force, but when the spare batteries for the Dyson he sold us, were found to be useless, ie only 5 minutes of charge, he did not return calls or texts. I am sure some if not all of the favourable reviews are suspect. In my opinion Damien is not a person who lives up to his promises. I give one star as it is not possible on this review to give zero stars"
