"Been almost a month and my order still hasn't come, many emails and unanswered phone calls later and I cant even get a refund of them. Avoid at all costs."
"Awful communication placed a £1200 order and took me 26 phone calls and 4 emails till I was able to get through to someone which let’s say was like talking to a brick wall. I waited 4 months when originally being told it would take 2 weeks I had to contact my bank to retrieve the money back as the goods were never dispatched. Generally iam pretty sure this is a scam they take your money don’t answer your calls and then hope you forget about the order and the money you spent on it. They keep the order as you’ve given up or forgotten by this point. Awful awful awful DO NOT BUY FROM HERE , IF YOU ARE UNSURE GIVE THEM A CALL FIRST AND SEE HOW MNAY ATTEMPTS IT TAKES TO GET THROUGH TO THEM THEN IMAGINE WHAT WIULF HAPPEN IF YOUR ITEM DOESN'T ARRIVE . I WILL BE ASKING MY FRIEND WHO IS A GA5 INVESTIGATOR TO BE HAVING A LOOK INTO THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE CLEARLY IN BREACH OF GROSS OF MISCONDUCT WILL BE TAKIJG THINGS FURTHER FROM HERE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER"
"This place is soo poor, I have never experienced such bad customer service. I have been emailing and calling nobody picks up the phone. You may or may not get email by a lady called Rebecca, only for a hour a day though. Who told me it was being sent out about 3 time and never seems to be sent. Starting to believe this place is a scam. Bought a mp5 that shows in-stock on there website, once I perched it online I received a confirmation email followed by a email saying there having a stock issue on the website. Avoid this place!"
"Writing this review with a heavy heart, was so stoked when i found this place local & had high hopes Went in to get a service on my AEG & staff are SUPER friendly & spend close to an hour chatting about gear & potential next gun with them, gotta give credit where due so they deffo get a star for how approachable the staff are unfortunately this is where it gets bad, i'd took my AEG in on the 26/11 & was so enthused chatting with staff i neglected to ask how long it would take, so i emailed in 29th & asked, and was told the gun would be 2 weeks at the latest via email & i would be contacted, i was not contacted at all I left it a week or so more out of politeness & called the store (unfortunately i didnt not the date of this but it was around a week after promised contact) & was told no news yet as the techie was not in i'd be contacted soon. I was not contacted. I left the holiday period to pass, and called on 27th and was told my AEG had been send away externally & they had heard nothing back, they didnt know when it would be ready & would let me know when they know. After stewing on this i wasnt happy with this & sent an email to them 28th Dec saying i am totally understanding on delays happening but can they at least contact their tech guy & try get me an ETA as i will need to arrange hire equipment for upcoming events in the meantime i have had no response to this at all and it is now the 5th Jan I am totally understandable in delays & backlogs happening, especially this time of year, but keeping customers up to date is key & this has been failed at multiple steps & worrying when you have expensive items with a company you have used for the first time"
"Useless, They say they are the "UK Premium supplier"... maybe they would be if they actually got back to people. Made numerous calls and spoke to different people all of which failed to get back to me. Lied to about delivery dates (being told it was stuck in customs but on the next call said they hadn't had tracking yet), wanted to spend nearly £1,600 but gone elsewhere. If they don't get back to you when you want to spend money, What are they going to be like when you get an issue with something? Avoid"
