"Got a prescription rushed though by 111 and got told to head there now as it is open till 9pm. Arrived at 8:30 and it was shut despite signs on the pharmacy itself saying it is open till 9pm. I needed the medication but now will have to wait till tomorrow evening as I am at work tomorrow day. Waste of time and petrol."
"The pharmacist is rude, aggressive, insulting and dishes out insults when he has to wait for a second. My husband had made the mistake of parking in front of a locked gate. My husband apologised and moved his car straight away. This pharmacist told him he should learn to read and that he had to go around again. An apology should have negated things but it just added to his temper. Hope the CCG know of his angry manner. Seems my husband is not the first to be shouted at be this individual."
