"Rude woman served me. I was simply picking up a prescription for a elderly gentleman who is very ill."
"Waited 30 mins in a que and I was 3rd in line when it opened. Finally speak to someone after 3 different staff members were stood around looking at their finger nails and reapplying lip balm. Then waited a further 10 mins while the lady went "to speak to the pharmacist" to which I could see she began sorting other stuff out. Then 10 mins later decided to tell me I couldn't get what I needed without seeing a doctor. (I have the same thing all the time and never have any problems) so told them it was ridiculous and I would go to another pharmacy. Went into another pharmacy and it was fine, given ehat I needed straight away. The pharmacist is rude. Shelves were empty well.. except for the collection of thick dust. Nearly an hour of life wasted on queuing to be told.incorrect information. Arent the NHS struggling enough without pharmacist telling everyone to see a bloody doctor??"
"Been trying to contact them since yesterday. The phone is either busy or they don't answer when it rings. They've had my prescription since Friday it was supposed to be ready on Saturday and yet I'm still trying to get intouch with them. Plus they're supposed to send me a txt when they have my prescription from my doctors yet they never do."
"My father was here yesterday just before 9 am and he waited outside with some people. Then the lady worker was outside my father asked what time you open she said 9 am … it came to 9 am she walked in then her friends came and at 9:30 they started to serve customers. It’s ridiculous it says 9 everywhere and you purposely not serve customers with no apologies. The pharmacy is always dirty inside full of dust on every shelf. Staff at the place need a wake up call!"
"I dont know who to feel more sorry for, the staff or the customers. I am yet to collect my children's essential medication without complications. I have been turned away only for it to be found later and have to travel back, had prescriptions lost and have to reorder and every other problem you can imagine...over several years I have barely ever just collected the medication hassle free. Today I had to yet again wait for a partial prescription,as they didn't know what they had done with it. This meant I had the pain of watching a queue of people.grow down the street. In this time I saw at least 10 people be told they didn't have their medication. Not a single person left with the medication they needed! The staff seem to be trying and deserve an award for keeping a smile on their face, but the management is just setting them and the customer up for pain and misery and nothing ever improves at this place!"
