"Drivers can be quite friendly but time keeping is appalling. Frequently missing buses out especially no6. I know we are lucky that this should run every 10 mins but its unacceptable that I have to come out to work over an hour before my shift starts to make sure I'm not late! The 5.40 from the bus station is the worst for being missed out which means a 20 min wait for the next bus. The bus drops off passengers but instead of coming to pick up at the stand it goes straight out empty!"
"love hornsbys always on time except for practical reasons i.e accomadating older people, people from all walks of life with mobility restrictions, women, men, children & pushchairs. always welcoming & froendly drivers who will literally go that extra MILE to assist others even after a 12 hour shift!! thanks hornsbys :)"
