"Excellent customer service, the staff are friendly and can't do enough to help. The manager Helen recently went above and beyond and stayed after opening hours to sort out a holiday that had been changed less than 24 hours before we were due to travel, she noticed the new hotel offered to us was considerably cheaper than the price paid, she cancelled the holiday and rebooked it saving us money. I can't reccomend Althams Travel enough."
"Myself & my partner has a amazing experience with Altman’s Travel. We booked our holiday with them, managed to get a better deal through them. Unfortunately our holiday destination went onto the amber list & we thought we had lost our money. Before I had chance to get in touch with Altham’s travel they had got in touch with me and asked if I wanted a full refund or to rebook and they issued a full refund straight away. The following day I got the refund issued on my card! Can’t fault them a single bit, we shall book our next hoilday through them!"
