"I am 81 years old and have suffered with Spinal Stenosis for 15 years. I must say life has not been easy and very frustrating as the years and age have advanced my mobility has deteriorated and now dependent on mobility items which are helpful , but does not help my with my Balance, Confidence and Frustration.
