"Miscommunication between front desk and artist led to my appointment being double booked. I had booked 2 months in advance yet it was not honoured. Artist was very rude, management didn’t say a word or give my complaint the curtesy of a response even when I explained how personal the tattoo was to me and how I’d taken time off from self employment to come to the appointment. Terrible customer service, won’t be back and certainly wouldn’t recommend."
