"Really disappointed with Ispiro today, I used to love this hair salon but after quite possibly the worst cut I have had in my entire life I will never go back. The gentleman cut short blocked layers into hair I have been growing out for years. Coming up to my wedding, I could not be more disappointed. Went in with a picture (nothing complicated) and came out with nothing resembling it at all. I was also told that what I was given was what I asked for by the gentleman doing the cut. They did give me my money back for the cut once I phoned back to complain but you can't give me back my hair. :("
