"Ian recently provided my family with transport to/from Manchester Airport - I have used About Town taxis on many occasions so knew we'd booked a reliable holiday transfer. However, I can't recommend this company enough! - Always reliable/punctual, Ian is a lovely courteous friendly gent who even made efforts to keep my tired 2 year old grand-daughter amused by singing nursery rhymes with her. Reasonably priced, clean vehicle(s), our booking consisted of 4 adults, a 2 year old, and 4 suitcases on this occasion, but I would not hesitate to book About Town taxis for transport on any occasion. 5 star local taxi company"
"The kindest taxi driver I've ever met. I was due to arrive in Sandbach late at night and as a woman was reluctant to walk to the hotel. Ian picked me up at the agreed time, and saw me safely into the hotel. He then very thoughtfully, without asking, worked out the cheapest route back for me the following day.
