"0 stars for this company. They drove me to HMP DOVEGATE, and the driver asked me whether I needed them to pick me up, I said no due to me not knowing what time I was going to need to taxi. I very clearly said no. However, they took it upon themselves to sit right outside where they dropped me and wait for me because they knew what time visits finished. I think that is extremely creepy and weird, and after I said no extremely forceful. The same driver came and said you ordered a taxi, and I said no I didn’t and he said that I did but I clearly stated I didn’t. Twenty minutes pass and the company call me and begin to talk to me disrespectfully and tell me they won’t be booking any more cabs for me, as ‘ I made them wait for 30 minutes’. Extremely unprofessional DO NOT RECOMMEND."
