"Unreasonable, unprofessional and incompetent. My auntie has been with larards for 10 years and they have never dealt with her feedback professionally or been approachable. She has been patient after taking this for so many years which has caused anxiety due to lack of privacy and peace within the 'private' property. A private flat is meant to be quiet and reserved, not in this case. Larards have never been understanding or dealt with this the best they can. They don't reason or do the best they can for their customers. Avoid."
"Deeply upset with the poor service and unprofessionalism of Larards Lets. The property was available mid-September and agreed for a viewing with Megan. After viewing the property and before deciding to proceed with my application, I specifically asked whether this property needs anything to be fixed as will be starting working on 1th of October. Megan told me that this property doesn't need anything apart from a loose cupboard which the owner will fix and that it is ready to be rented. Agreed to proceed and set the 8th of October to be my moving in date. Couple of weeks passed, my references processed and passed their checks, and on 7th of October (since they haven't called me since) I called them to arrange my moving in time. I spoke with Belinda who informed me that they are having some electrical issues that the landlord needs to fix, hence I can't move in to the apartment. I asked them how long will these works take and she told me that she is unaware but will try to call the electrician. I told them that before agreeing to proceed in renting the property I specifically asked Megan whether there is any maintenance to be done and se told me that there isn't. Belinda told me that Megan must not have been informed, but I ask you ISN'T IT YOUR JOB to know these staff? I told her that I had viewed the apartment 3-weeks ago, hence why didn't they fix the electrical issues sooner, but Belinda was just being apologetic about it... I am honestly speechless and from tomorrow homeless due to Larards Lets... I should have known better by seeing their reviews online, but I decided to give them a chance to prove me wrong. Jokes on me now..."
