"I wish I found out about this insurance company sooner, I'm a bit confused how this company has negative reviews. The only problem I had and it was nothing to do with the CityMain was getting my phone to them (this was all Royal Mails fault). I sent in my Huawei P40 Pro as the screen was damaged, once they received it (Monday) they sent me an email to say it had arrived and that they were working on the phone, the next day they said they'd give me an update later on in the day, which they did and then sent me my phone back via dpd (Wednesday). They provide a flawless service."

"Don't use ... It's nearly 2nd month since i lost my phone (without a phone now). They keep asking for evidences that some of them i can't provide, there is always that's not acceptable by their investigating team.., have the feeling that asking me for the impossible evidence so they can reject my claim. I don't know what they're investigating, look like its been a robbery or even something more serious... When i did the claim (which took me about nearly 1h.) i had to speak with some lady that was so unprofessional, keep asking me information that there is nothing in common with the situation, she was rude and probably had a problems with the hearing because i had to repeat thousands of times that she ask me for things that are not involved with the case. From what i see (the reviews) even IF i get replacement, probably will be damaged phone, these company goes lower and lower with each customer, idk how they still exist as a company."

"Make sure to double check the replacement products you receive and having a claim. This is referring to an insurance claim that was passed onto them from ‘Dynamo Cover’. I received my replacement’iPhone 12 pro max’ and it turned out to be a ‘blacklisted’ from 2020. So always double check what you receive especially if it’s from an insurance claim."

"Not good. Got a replacement s62 pro after I lost mine. The one they sent me is obviously defective with any check . The infrared camera ,which is why I own this phone. Doesn't work. The infrared sensor is too damaged for the software and is likely the reason this phone was returned by the last guy. I need the sensor to work for my job. They are sending out untested defective phones . I think they were hoping that I didn't use the phones main Feature? Way to gamble with your reputation."
