"Attended part of rncm's 50 event for brass bands. Excellent setting, brilliant playing and very comfortable. Used public transport so no knowledge of parking. Good range of refreshments at reasonable city centre prices."
"One of the primary music conservatoire in the UK turning out quality musicians for the past 50 years, staff and pupils love the place, both my kids want to study here in the future."
"1st visit. Great place for a gig. Amazing sound. Lovely staff. Decent drink prices @ only £4.25 a pint. Will visit again."
"First time but just loved this venue. Tangerine Dream a band I have followed all my life were playing there so bought tickets. As a disabled visitor the ordering process was easy and my visit on the day was superb. All staff looked after me so well. The building was easy to navigate. We were sat next to the sound guys who were superb in chatting with us pre gig and sharing set list post gig. The acoustics of the venue really suited the music. Everything was just perfect. Hope to return soon."
"First time I've ever been here for a concert and had no idea what to expect. Most importantly, the acoustics in the theatre are superb (as you'd expect from a music college). One of the best sounding venues I've been to. Then there's the building itself - a really interesting design, 1970s architecture updated with contemporary touches, a really pleasant building to be in, so open and airy. Bar prices are reasonable, venue easily accessible by car or public transport. Such a good performance I didn't want to take any photos during because I was enjoying myself too much! A very memorable night and I hope to visit again."
