"Good store Good customer service not much varity snd sizes"
"Went to try a few things on, young girl on fitting room asked me to leave my bag outside the fitting room, didn't mind too much but there was a group of 6 lads using two fitting rooms between them, all going in and out with clothes, not being checked, they had their bags in the fitting rooms with them and snoods covering their mouths, walking round in clothes they're 'trying on', asked her why is that allowed then? She just shrugged, hear my description on her radio soon as I went in to try on three items. Rubbish, Arndale and Trafford are a lot better"
"Little disappointed at the poor customer service. 3 staff at the tills, all aware that I was there but wanted to carry on having a chat. Eventually one acknowledged me but I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Nike next door are so attentive and lovely, maybe some professional development using their staff as examples would be good!"
