"Our first experience at Gavity Hull has left us with mixed feelings and very disappointed little one. Firstly, I would like to say that Gravity is lovely place for kids to burn some enery especially winter time when dark and wet days don't offer much choice of entertainment. However.. After scrolling down the website I saw their offer Unlimited Tuesdays- come after 4pm and bounce how long you want. Decided to give it a go, we arrived around 4.15pm. I asked for ticket for 1 bouncer (8y old), lady at the counter asked us if we have been before and because we didn't, we had to sign a waiver, bought some socks, payed for ticket and after a short safety video, our son was ready to play. It was absolutely empty, it was only us and nobody else except 2 staff. The same lady who served us was nice enough to show our son around and was paying attention that he is safe all the time. However, after exactly 1 hour ( not even a minute longer) she started to whisle at our son and showing him to get off the trampolines, leaving him confused as I told him he would be able to jump as long as he wants. She then told him that his time is up and he must go home, so he came to me and said the lady kicked him out. I went to talk to the lady and asked why is he not allowed to jump anymore as it was Unlimited Tuesday deal. She looked surprised I knew about this deal because she never mentioned it to us when we bought a ticket and she said to me that I ASKED for one hour only. Well I never did. All I said we wanted a ticket for 1 bouncer. I then asked if there is a problem if he still stayed longer as it was not busy at all and it should be unlimited, she said no. This has left us gobsmacked and my son was upset and disappointed. I believe it was her responsibility to tell us about the one-hour time limit or ask if we wanted unlimited Tuesday as this is obviously not automatically applied even if you arrive at the right time and assuming it would be. So well done Gravity for advertising something that people won't get ! Completely ruined our first experience there."

"Gravity is such a great place to be lots of fun for children and adults birthday parties are also great fun, it's pricey but worth it the service is great, friendly and very helpful staff my daughter comes every Friday and Saturday she knows all the staff and they are great with kids and are interactive with them it's also a great way to keep you healthy and active would highly recommend a visit."

"Great facility. Our 6 year old absolutely loved it. He did the one hour free bounce and it very well organised and managed. Everywhere clean and tidy and staff very approachable and friendly. Tried to get a coffee in the cafe but despite ringing the bell 4 times nobody came to serve. But other than that it was a great experience."

"Brightly coloured and tidy space. Loads of trampoline platforms to enjoy. Staff was friendly and give my group a safety lecture, so I had fun without getting injured. Also, couple of trampoline games and there’s a space up top to chill and relax. Overall, lovely place to have fun with your friends or/and family."

"The place is OK, the trampolines running almost right up to tiled steps seems a bit lethal to me, I was terrified my small was going to jump off the end. Also, I had to stick some of the edging back on the sloping trampolines as the velcro jad come undone and the springs were showing. It cost £30 for a 4 year old and non bouncing adult, this is about double what it costs at our local one and there is far more there like slides and obstacle courses. It was fairly clean, and although the locker tried to eat my stuff a lovely chap did come out and sort it for me and muchos gracias to the lovely staff member in the gallery who OFFERED to validate the parking for us (we didn't know that was a thing). Tldr: expensive and basic but clean and the staff are lovely. Stars reflect the price for what is available."
