"A lovely home like setting and just like most reviews, the staff are absolutely lovely and go far and beyond for you. The breakfast was lovely. Only thing i would have loved was a smart tv with netflix access for my kid. Otherwise it was all amazing and would definitely be back."

"Room was nice but really small for the amount we paid. There was mould around the mirror in the bathroom, the waiting staff at breakfast was quite rude. The bed was really comfy and the food was nice. But 28 hours after we left, they rang to say that they couldn't find the parking permit that was handed in with the room key (if you lose it they charge you £100, even though it costs £10 to replace). Overall I wouldn't recommend this place, if you're going to Portsmouth, stay elsewhere."
