"Good furniture but they use a terrible delivery service by using pinnacle solutions who put the phone down on me and there's poor communication between the two. For instance, I ordered a dining table with white glove delivery. They just dumped the table and didn't assemble. Then I called the delivery service, they hung up on me when I asked they return. I then had to call modish again, who got the delivery guys to come back, the table had no instructions and the guys didn't know how to put the table together!!! All of this I'm having to sort out whilst at work. So disappointing and stressful."
"I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about Modish Living. Yes the products took a few weeks to arrive, but this was explained on the product page and is completely expected during COVID, but their customer service was exceptional in any queries I had around the delivery; they were prompt and highly detailed. The delivery team they chose were brilliant too, and had no trouble going up two flights of stairs and to the room of our choice. The quality and ease of putting together the furniture was just overall a brilliant experience. Reclaimed wood looks incredible and goes so well with the rest of the furniture. 10/10."

They deliver the whole package. I can't recommend Modish Living more highly. The furniture compliments and enhances the rooms perfectly! Excellent craftsmanship on all items, something truly different. My only regret is that we now have so much of the Chelwood collection that we have no more room!!"
"We purchased a dining table and bench from the Standford range last month. There was a bit of confusion regarding delivery, but I am absolutely sure this was due to the delivery company not Modish Living. In fact - when contacted the manager at Modish Living was incredibly apologetic and did their best to rectify the delivery issues as quickly as possible. The table and benches were very easy to assemble and we are delighted with them in our new dining room."
"I ordered my dining table set on Sunday & they were delivered on Wednesday! Really impressive considering Covid situation. It was also very quick & easy applying for finance. The quality of the furniture is good, though there was a little more self-assembly than I expected (I did order a bench with my table though, the chairs did not require assembly). Overall very happy with Modish Living!"
