"My company CMS UK Ltd spends A LOT of money with this company, I’ve just had the most torturous phone call I’ve ever experienced with this branch. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone asking to source a spare part for a commercial water heater. Gave him manufacturers part code, he advised part didn’t come up on their system. I asked could I give you Make & Model. He asked for a GC No, I advised it’s a commercial boiler we don’t use GC No’s. He then turns around and says they don’t do commercial boiler spares and only domestic. I never heard such rubbish in my life, I have ordered thousands of commercial boiler spares through Wolseley, it’s even advertised on your website. The gentleman clearly couldn’t be bothered to do his job. SHOCKING."
