"Strange place, no acknowledgement on entry for me, the worker I got didn't speak to me the whole visit. Other customers were greeted like family. Other customers offered tea etc, not me. Dull as dishwater staff, and rude. Avoid the place, staffhavezero customer facing skills. May e it's a cultural thing."
"Used to be good but actually now has awful service. Appointment was agreed as 2pm. Arrived at 2pm. No acknowledgement when walking in. Sat down in the waiting area 15 minutes later was told they are slightly behind. Sat for another 45 minutes before giving up. I would look elsewhere if want a pedicure or any other service as they really aren't what they used to be. I have used VNN for 10+ years so a huge shame"

"I love this salon! I won't go anywhere else. The ladies are so nice, funny, the remember me and my family, they always offer a cup of lovely coffee and after two years of going there, I've never had a nail break on me. The quality of work is second to none at a great price. They have two pedi spas so my husband and I will go for a nice morning together and get our toes done. Beautiful job, friendly atmosphere, clean and well priced with absolutely lovely staff. I've never had a problem here and won't ever go anywhere else!"
