"Green rose beauty rooms puts me at ease straight away the friendly atmosphere and the warm reception you get. I have had many treatments by jade eyelashes , eyelash lift, waxed and tinted brows, gel manicures etc. Recently I have had a few skin care based treatments. I have had the fibroblast plasma lift (which jade was so professional given me pre advice , and plenty of aftercare advice checking on my progress regulary). I have also just started my glycolic peel treatment which is an on going procedure. I am already delighted at the results. I am already planning my next treatments. The honesty the results and the non pushy reccomandations are exactly why i wont go anywhere else."

"My friend went here earlier to have her eyebrows waxed. She went in the room and wasn’t even asked what shape she wanted. It hurt so bad getting waxed that her eyes watered so much. She was given no after wax cream and left feeling disappointed and in pain. When she looked at her eyebrows she saw that they were VERY uneven. One was square and one was rounded. She isn’t the type to complain so she didn’t go back. It hurt her to blink and she had to peal wax off her own skin when she got home. She noticed BOTH eyelids had bruised, she started to look like she had gone 10 rounds with mike Tyson!! I called the store (as she isn’t the one to complain it causes her anxiety) she was asked to come back to the store. We saw a woman and was taken into the room. She saw the bruising and went straight on the defence about how this has never happened before. She did apologise but always ended the apology with “but this has never happened before are you sure your not sensitive” When asked about the clear unevenness of her eyebrows (she looks like she is raising one eyebrow constantly) she was told that eyebrows weren’t cermetrical anyways. She refused to even acknowledge that they weren’t satisfactory. She did offer a full refund but not any assistance in fixing her eyebrows that she is clearly not happy with. In fact she made it clear that there was nothing wrong. I wish I could add pictures!! After leaving with our whole £7 refund I took her to MY beautician. She was sooooo shocked about what this person had done to her. She said that one was higher than the other, a whole chunk was missing from one end, they started in completely different places and they were different shapes. They can’t be fixed straight away and will take MONTHS to sort. She has to let them grow a bit first. The bruising around the eyes was due to the “beautician” waxing with too hot wax and going too low in such a sensitive area. If I could give 0* I bloody would. £7 refund towards the cost of a good eyebrow pencil to make her feel less uncomfortable about her face doesn’t seem like she was compensated at all, especially when she now has to pay someone else 2-3 sessions of waxing just to fix them. Distasteful!!"
