"I left my car into Arron as there were 3 fault lights showing. After trying to get through to him on both office and mobile I finally spoke to him 6 days later when he informed me he had turned my car on, noticed the fuel light on so moved onto something else. After having the car for 12 days I managed to speak with him on two occassions. After the 12th day I rang and spoke with his mother/ receptionist amd told her I was collecting the car to go elsewhere. I was told no one would be in until 3pm (this was a tuesday). Having arrived I was presented with my key and awaited a bill of some sort. When nothing came I asked had he done anything to the car, to which she replied no, he didnt get to it. Its only him you know. Firstly, do not take on work you cannot do in a timely manner, secondly, inform the client if you havent got round to looking at it as the vehicle would most probably be fixed elsewhere in a fraction of the time and lastly, have the common decency to answer the phone to customers!!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Oh and when I collected the car there was 40miles in the tank! Pathetic excuse and I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy *****edit following reply****** Had I of known all it took to get a response was to write a review I would have done this much sooner!!! So thankful you had the decency not to charge me for a diagnostic my own mechanic (who is unfortunately not an auto spark) had already done and I had informed you of the faults it showed!!"

Great service and a pleasure to deal with Arron and Elizabeth only disappointment was no pretty ladies sunbathing outside as other reviews had mentioned. Arron suspected a flat battery and was with me within 10minutes, had me back up and running a few minutes later and refused to take payment!
