"Only offer a 30 day warranty period on all the new parts they sell. Ordered a part from them in January 2021 and it went faulty after 6 months. All they said was it was out of their 30 day warranty period and then didn't want to know. They seem to want to lie or make excuses to get out of warranty issues (As you can see in their response to this message). Very poor after sales service and violates statutory rights of people within the UK. Having to contact Trading Standards regarding the matter."
"Ordered some Petrol Extreme Cleaner on Amazon. Received something else from seller. Asked them to collect/refund. They said what I had received was the same as what I ordered, but was in a bottle with a different label as manufacturer had renamed it. I contacted manufacturer who confirmed that product I ordered was still available, product I had received was something else. Had to order again from another supplier and asked Genuine Parts for a refund, again. They said manufacturers had definitely changed their labels and what they had originally sent was correct. Got tired of being mucked about and asked Amazon to refund, which they have agreed to do. Other supplier has sent what I ordered. DON'T BOTHER ORDERING FROM GENUINE PARTS AS THEY AREN'T VERY GENUINE!"

"Please, watch this online store !!!! I bought from them on amazon in August 2019 an automatic landrover car brake, it broke down in 2020. The product is on a 12-month warranty the seller requires me to provide a document from the landrover garage about the installation and a damage test, I did not know anything about the procedures required for the complaint this thing, everything was made by a professional car garage that did the test, unfortunately only a landrover document is required !!!The seller will not accept the warranty claim, he relies on the company's internal policy, I asked for full insight into the guarantee, unfortunately I will not receive the document, he sent me to a lawyer, I asked on what legal basis where the guarantee is, that I have to present only documents from the Landrower and I cannot from other garage "unanswered question" is their interpretation of the guarantee !!! if I knew this before then of course I would not buy anything from this store I warn all buyers"
