"Had my cat euthanised in July of 2021, this bunch who said they’d send me a bill shortly after, send me a bill in January of 2023, I’m not begrudging paying it, but do you think over a year plus to send an invoice, and with threatening yellow highlighted debt collection statements is an acceptable way to run a business? What if I’d moved house? I’d end up with a CCJ for something that I hadn’t been sent an invoice for in spite of calling them shorty after the event to discuss settling up, as if it’s my problem your accounts team are incompetent? Sort your **** out!"
