"Sorry to say that after 7 years I am moving to Asda. After surgery I've been staying at home. I've had various medical issues of pain control etc and they don't answer the phone. This is a big deterioration in my opinion, (from answering the phone, offering to deliver and having enough staff) I rang Asda and got an answer in 4 rings so moving there."
"Have yet to find the pharmacy open.. .. you have my prescriptions for my asthma and I can't get them..... Utterly useless"
"I have used this pharmacy for many years collecting my mums quite long list of medication. All the staff are lovely and efficient and the medication is ready for me to collect when I come in. They are always super busy but always find a way to get the job done. 10/10."
"Terrible experience. Took in a prescription which they needed to order in. Was told it would arrive either the same or the following day. Arranged for them to load it into the machine and they would text me a code to collect out of hours. 2 days passed and I called for an update. Was told it had arrived the day before but they ran out of time to deal with it. They assured me they would load it into the machine that day to collect. Still no code so went down the next day. Huge queue going out the door and down the street. It took about 30 minutes waiting to be served then they couldn't find my prescription. Eventually figured out it was in the machine but the text to provide the code had failed. Then they discovered the machine was out of service so had to manually retrieve it for me. It just took so long for what should've been a simple transaction. 30 minutes queuing and a further 15 for them to find and give me the prescription! They seemed completely disorganised and understaffed. Frail and elderly people were forced to stand for far too long waiting for their turn. It seemed like everyone there was experiencing some kind of issue getting their prescription. I'll make sure my prescriptions are sent elsewhere from now on."
"On a Saturday on 2 occasions I have been treated like a liar for saying an item has been left for me,. Having come out from a cancer ward and my GP going to lengths to facilitate my collecting an item, said item being confirmed at the pharmacy on Friday afternoon I was informed on Saturday he and I must have spoken to a different chemist, then being told “well if you fall ill phone 111. Not nice Prospect Pharmacy not nice."
