"I visited the Hull store on Sunday morning. I needed some paint and I had samples to match. I was served by Suzanne, Pam, and Lynne. The whole thing was frustrating as the machine wouldn't match up the sample swatch I'd brought in to mix it. Suzanne and her colleagues were so helpful, they spent 40 mins trying to help me get the paint the right color. They couldn't be more accommodating and were a perfect example of what a brand ambassador should be. I was really impressed and I purchased 5 liters of paint, I'm going back today for another 10 liters and as I am currently renovating a full house, I will always be a returning customer off the back of this, as well as recommending it were ever there is an opportunity, that's how positive I feel about the experience I had."
