"Currys need to send a regional manager to observe! There are few staff whom I could give credit to but many who need p45's . Its a case of chasing the employee for service and nobody manning the tills. I have spent near a thousand in the last month and I resent giving over my money to the most unhelpful bunch of couldn't care less individuals. I shouldn't tar them all with the one brush as I did eventually find two out of approx 7 /8 that went playing avoid the customer. I would sooner bring my money elsewhere.."
"Ya it's a Currys not much to say, they managed to lose a fridge had to wait almost an hour for them to find it until they finally clicked and decided to give me another one (of the same model) would certainly have been the easiest option. Went again just before Christmas I can report slightly better."

"Very poor service.... Went in to purchase a new Apple watch and a new Samsung watch.... Was left standing there for 10 minutes after asking if there was anyone serving only to see SEVEN staff stood chatting and ignoring customers. When I asked again I was told someone would be with me shortly.... Another 5 minutes passed so we walked out, told the staff not to worry as we'll go to Argos instead to be greatest with GO TO ARGOS THEN.... WELL Argos got an easy £600 you lot missed out on!"
