"Rang Rich up last night and he was able to fit me in today. He gave me a 4 hour window of when he thought he'd get to me and he turned up bang in the middle of this period. He came to take a look at my broken Samsung washing machine. It didn't take him long to find out what the problem was and luckily for me, he had the parts so was able to fix there and then. I thought the price he charged for callout, labour and parts was very reasonable and would definitely use him again. Hopefully though, I won't need to. Thanks."

He had a fantastic 'can do' attitude and was clearly very experienced and competent. He was very friendly.
