"Had a nasty little crease and quite a large dent on the rear door after someone reversed into the side of my car. Simon was recommended by several people so I popped in on the offchance without any notice. Despite being very busy Simon took time out to give me a fully itemised written quotation then explained how he would do the repair with an estimation of about two days to do the job as long as I got the car in first thing no flannel no BS just plain honest talking. Great customer service straight off. When I dropped the car off next day it was much later in the morning due to work commitments than Simon had requested and I expected that it would delay the job longer than the planned two days. Imagine my total amazement when at 17.00 the same day I received a text saying my car was done and ready for collection. To be honest whilst I was on route to collect it I was slightly dubious as to the quality of the work with the job having been completed in less than 6 hours !! I need not have worried .... Simon does what he says and by god does he do it well plus much more. An absoluely perfect paint colour match a totally invisible repair. Simon is a perfectionist and loves his work and it shows in everything he does.... he pointed out some deep scratches on the bonnet courtesy of the local cat population and promptly spent a good 45 minutes polishing them all out free of charge. I cannot emphasise enough what an absolutely amazing job he did. Even more so was the fact the price came in cheaper than the estimate and I was already really happy with that in the first place !! Hope I never need Simon's services again, but if I have another scuff or dent he will be the first person I call !! Thanks so much Simon"
