"As an executive service I would have at least expected the driver to open the doot for my wife, particularly on the return pick-up when there was heavy rain. I would have also expected the driver to be wearing a jacket and not a zip up cardigan. It was also not good to see the 'Tyre Pressure Warning Light' on during the trip out and trip back considering 80% of the journey was on a motorway. This was not good for customer confidence in maintenance of the car. I have experienced a true 'Executive Service' many times and apart from the fact that it was an Audi A6 estate it could just as easily been an Uber trip."
