"Came here today for my first dental appointment in 18 months after struggling to find a dentist. From the start, they were professional, kind and answered any questions. When I called to book an appointment, they explained everything to me, booked me in and took a deposit. I got a tonne of reminders, by phone call, email and text ensuring I couldn't forget the appointment, which was super handy. When I came into the practice, the reception staff were lovely and welcoming. The dentist himself was kind, took his time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. He answered any and all questions I had and didn't make me feel rushed. I enquired about a dental plan, there were no pushy sales and it was completely my decision to sign up. I felt the Dentist would have been happy regardless of my decision. The dental nurse was also friendly! They booked me in for a cancellation hygienist appointment for a few days time. The practice itself was tidy, clean and smelt nice. Cannot fault them at all!"
