"Before going to the dentist and like most people, I had previously had an unpleasant experience at another practice (not Bupa). However, my experience with Bupa has been very pleasant, pain free and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Gillian (dentist) and Katie (assistant) were so helpful and friendly throughout and completely made me feel at ease. I've had 2 visits and 2 extractions. Each time it was done with care and attention and I was talked to throughout, keeping me in the loop and engaging in friendly banter. Those 2 wonderful ladies have given me the confidence to continue going to the dentist and they have made my life a lot better, as I am now pain free due to the removal of the infected teeth. Also, they have arranged for me to have my tooth that sits behind another tooth to be taken out. This will allow me to smile again with confidence and to not cover my mouth when I laugh. It's the small things that make the biggest difference. Oh and finally, I'd like to wish Gillian a very happy birthday, I hope its a great day."

"I would highly recommend this practice. The reception staff are friendly and informative. The waiting room is relaxed, with a few small toys to occupy little ones. My dentist ( Christian) is very caring but professional , taking time to listen and explain so that you get the best treatment.
