"I went to M&H in April 2018 for a service and parts. I paid over the phone and returned the following week to retrieve my invoice and proof of service which staff couldn’t find. I returned again in June and a lady stated that she has been hired to organise the paperwork and she would hand deliver it to my address. By July I had still not heard or received anything. I paid over £500 and have no proof of the work provided nor do o have my receipt of payment. I phoned once more and still nothing. I have now waited 6 months to give this company an opportunity to find the invoice and their resolution was that they can ‘re-write one’. I’m not sure how this would work, as it seems more like a guessing game. I always try to support local businesses but M&H you have really let yourself down. Very unprofessional and disorganised. I will not be recommending in the future."
