"Very rude and demeaning front desk staff. I'm not sure what customer service school they went to, but clearly, they didn't listen. I seemed like an inconvenience to their day. I have asked others, and their views are the same as mine... Rude!!!"
"Went in for new tyres, I waited for over an hour aswell, while i was waiting guy at the counter said has anyone told you about your brakes? I said no why? He said they are really bad that the discs were worn out and causing damage to the brakes themselves! It's funny as when i got the inspection report it showed no such thing!"
"Booked in for wheel alignment and 2 budgets after ATS EUROMASTER said they couldn't supply the ones I'd booked with them but for an extra £30, they could upgrade! No thanks I said, please refund me. No problems they said. I took it here to Protyre who told me that the tyres I'd booked weren't in stock (here we go again I thought!) but could pop similar ones on same price. I actually got ones which ATS wanted £90 each for and only paid , after a discount code, £55 each here. Wheel alignment also done on front but I declined the rears and got no hard sell. Oh and ATS EUROMASTER are yet to refund me still after 9 days. Their customer service are woeful. No problems here though."
"Order number: WEB-868793. had the MOT on Friday at 2 PM, there was a problem with windshield wiper which is an easy fix. The guy said come back on Monday morning 10AM and they will fix it. Went there on Monday 10AM and another guy has asked me to come back on next day morning. I did ask if I can drop the car after evening, he said they can only look on the next day. if they can't look on Monday they should have told me so. Disgusting really"
"We took my partners car in for a general MOT. They flooded the engine, and lied about it (although the dash cam captured the repeated start up and stall of the rotary engine (masda rx8) until it stopped turning over. Nor did they let the engine warm up before turning it off). The car needed new spark plugs as a result, of which they tried their best to avoid doing for free and it took them a 2 days to do. Not once did they apologise and when we went to collect the car the MOT hadn't even been done. The car had oil and dirt all over the inside and now was worse off for having taken it in! The customer service received by Seb on the front desk was laughable at best, he lied to us throughout the entire process even when confronted with the clear dash cam footage. Now for those 2 days we were promised a courtesy car. They said it had been MOT'd by them and was down as a pass, but as you can see from the pictures there were clear cracks all over the front window. They also rang up after the first day demanding the car back! This was unacceptable as we had to come back from work to give it back to them (even though they promised 2 days of use). Now what I forgot to mention is that we also left our other car with them which they said needed welding. They'd actually managed to do this job but at this point we didn't trust what they had done and took it to another garage. The other garage were stunned on how poor the welding was and had to redo it themselves (they could poke their fingers through the welds). We also double checked the masda at the other garage and the findings were vastly different (it appears protyre lied about the car needing 4 new tryes as well!) All in all, we were lied to and our cars ended up worse off for what was supposed to be just a MOT. Hats off to this garage though, it takes real effort to continusly provide such poor customer service and technical ability. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Do not put yourself or anyone else at risk."
