"I went into the Portsmouth Branch (Farlington) to make a purchase, I stood waiting at the counter like a lemon for more than 5 minutes and received no acknowledgement from any of the members of staff. I was the only customer in the reception area. There were 4 members of staff in the office initially (admittedly 2 were on the phone) and two chatting to each other, after a few moments another member of staff walked past me (no acknowledgement) from the store into the office and asked everyone if they wanted a drink, another member of staff came down the stairs in the the stores and looked over at me and carried on working in the stores. The office frontal area is fully glazed and I was in full view. Obviously I walked out without making a purchase and I will never be stepping foot back in your company again. Perhaps some customer service training is called for! Unfortunatly I have to give a 1 start rating to post this review. Otherwise a big FAT ZERO!"
