"Absolutely dumbfounded at the incompetence of two of the female sales associates at this Chichester shop. Far too many details to expound upon. I left wondering, truly, what was wrong with them. So many mis-steps, and an order placed, but when I came to collect, got a "deer-in-the-headlights" look from the woman who placed the order. Today, I was called that the order was in. Unfortunately, it was completely incorrect, an order of a pair of pants I tried on but that I didn't wish to have. I leave tomorrow for an extensive trip to Africa, no chance for them to rectify this late. Gob-smacked. The young ma who works there seems to have his act together, and the quality of the product is excellent."
