"Generally most MB stores I've been to have had really helpful staff however the gentleman I believe to be the Manager in the Chichester store (ginger-haired chap) is genuinely the most apathetic and insolent staff member I've possibly ever encountered. I'm amazed he's still in the job. I've spent a LOT of money on wedding suits and all I wanted to do was exchange a couple of sizes, apparently it's too much of an inconvenience. If you need anything from MB, go to Southampton."
