"I won’t write war and peace in this review but I had some trouble with some underwear and Alice the manager on duty at the time of my visit was outstanding in her customer service! Very lovely, friendly and all round great member of staff."

"I went in to Calvin Klein Portsmouth today, with the intention of getting some new underwear, they had no stock in my size in the shop (that’s a whole different issue), a lady asked if I need help, and suggested I take a few different sizes in to the changing rooms to try. We went to the changing rooms, there were no staff there, so just assumed we go straight in. Tried multiple bras on, trying to decide if they were a good enough fit to spend that much money. A different lady then asked if we need help we’ve been in there a long time. We said we were fine thanks. To which I then hear ‘I will check the camera to see what they took in’. To essentially accuse us of stealing out loud, with absolutely no reason to think that, other then because I was taking a while, due to having to try on many sizes because they can’t stock anything bigger then a D cup. I found this incredibly rude, I was in fact deciding between buying one or two of your bras, did I want to spend £30 or £60. Well funnily enough I didn’t buy either due to the attitude of this women. I will never be returning to this shop which is shame, as it is where I normally purchase my underwear, but I won’t return somewhere where they treat paying customers as criminals. Just because I look young doesn’t mean I can’t afford your clothing."

"What a nightmare! The shop is tiny. If you are a wheelchair user don't even bother unless you want to end up covered in underwear, unable to move and trapped because there is no room to move! I wish shops would realise we disabled people actually wear clothes and therefore need to purchase them! The staff were young and had no idea how to help...so took the "if I can't see her I won't have to deal with her" approach. As for the stock...I can't tell you as most of it was out of my reach and no one asked me if I needed help. We did manage to make a purchase but that's only because another customer helped us."

"This place was like a jumble sale. It may be an outlet but christ they could look after the shop a bit more. There was stuff all over the floor, no organisation and walking into the changing room the girl in there offered no help. So I just showed myself to an empty room."
