"Disgraceful customer service! Won’t be using this garage again - only wanted air in my flat tyre, machine took money didn’t work. Increased from 50p to £1 in matter of weeks btw! Called person in shop for help - he was rude, beyond belief and so we left. Never to return again - normally buy fuel/car wash weekly!"

"I ended up here as Ower Services is as hard to believe worse!!! Did manage to get what I went out for at almost 1am. 2 x 1ltr bottles of coke on offer @ £1/bottle. Pulled in and parked but door was locked so had to use nightpay. The shop is very large and spread out with a Subway, coffee and seats, so the Spar products are far too spread out & couldn't see any products let alone price. Despite knowing I was there took over 5 minutes to serve me, tutted when asking for the coke. Chucked bottles in the night drawer so hard it still fizzed up 15 minutes after."

"Not normally a fan of Spar Euro Garages but this one was a pleasant suprise. Everything you expect from a Euro Garage you get, from generous rooms at the pump to an excellent selection of hot pastries to go, as long as you can find it sandwiched between the confectionary and travel accessories section (where's the sense in that). However, thsts where the similarities end. The in-store Starbucks and subway offerings came completed with a small area of seating. Enjoyed an unexpetingly pleasant rest stop, even if the rude customer service as expected shows SPAR still employs staff who seemingly care more about money than customer expierance."

"Disgraceful rude service . After waiting in a Slow queue of 8 adults inside the shop to pay for fuel, I was disgraced by the service . When it eventually came to my turn to be served .. the employee who took my fuel pump number and operated the buttons to create the transaction completely ignored any “courteous customer service “ by rudely turning away to answer his mobile phone which rang on a loud ringer volume between my credit card transaction and the printing of the fuel receipt . Surely this is not acceptable customer service . I did not receive any spoken words of explanation or even acknowledgement of his distraction answering a private call while serving a paying customer . I patiently waited for my fuel receipt while he pressed keys on his private mobile phone . I expect this to be addressed with the employee This service I received is unacceptable to me .
