"I needed help for my very poorly mum who was outside the m&s cafe on Sunday being terribly sick due to medication. I saw A young lady with a very long dark haired ponytail working in the cafe, I asked if she could call a caretaker or someone to clean up the mess but she came straight out with a glass of water bucket and broom and cleaned the pavement herself she was very kind to My very embarrased mum . She is a credit to M&S so sorry I didn't ask her name. But thank you so much."
"There is an older lady at the 'Cafe' is genuinely the nicest person I have met in any coffee place. 100 % customer care with genuine attention to detail and no matter how busy always has a nice word to say. So different to all the youngsters working in hospitality. There is middle aged tall guy (Barista I think) - he is equally GOOD. Well done and if a GM reads this - give them a pay rise. :)"
