"This restaurant is happy to send out unsafe food. Ordered a pizza through Uber, after 50 mins since ordering, 2 time delays and the 1st driver declined to deliver. Called the restaurant to ask about the pizza who said its been ready for 45 mins and they would not make a new one! The pizza arrived with a 2nd driver, 1 hour 10 mins after the pizza was ready. We temp checked it and it was 38.7C immediately after opening from the drivers hand, delivery food should be delivered at 63C or above! Shame on Papa John's... Will be calling food standards on Monday."
"Food arrived relatively quick but the quality was shocking, pizza was over cooked and rubbery with a black sticky substance underneath which tasted disgusting. Sent pictures to complain but they will do nothing unless you take your delivered pizza back to them."
