"Amazing service ! I visited the Newcastle-Under-Lyme store and received such amazing service. I was looking for additional storage for my sons Xbox and didn’t have a clue what I needed. I was talked through all options and the differences between them and decided on the product that I needed. The young man on the desk was so helpful and I will 100% be visiting this store again ! "Terrible service, advise, attitude from Isac the so called manager. I don't have the words (politely anyway) to explain how bad it was! I bought a product on his advise, walking out thinking he was helpful and informative. However, I got home realised it wasn't the product I was asking Isac for and tried to return the product literally 20 minutes after purchase. I'd repacked the product inpecabily, same condition as purchased... to be met with I can't bring it back as its been opened. When I tried to explain it was not fit for purpose, I was told i should of read the box. Even though he had advised me in the first place. .... after arguing in quite an offensive manner, bringing sports direct into for some reason, no idea why!!!!!!. He told me I could exchange for a more expensive model, why didn't he say that in first place? I may well have done that... Without a shadow of doubt it was a case of take the money of the sale happily but after service, attitude and general communication, was an absolute disgrace!!!!!!!!. I am sorry to write this after reading so many good reviews , but feel it has to be said!"

"While many people have had great customer service, I unfortunately cannot claim to have had the same. Yesterday I decided to pop-in to double check if a online order of mine had come into store (it was expected to arrive that day so I thought I'd give it a shot). No big deal right? Well, when I asked the person on the desk if I could check she immediately went and stated "You will receive an email to confirm its arrival." Now, I had an email. An email that said dispatched but confusingly stated delivered at the very top of the email so I showed it to clarify. Her response "If it says dispatched, it will arrive roughly in a day." No offer to check in case the order arrived and they forgot to send an email, no apologies for the order not being there on time. Wouldn't have talked more than a minute to check."

"This particular branch of game goes above and beyond with their customer service. Very knowledgeable staff and a great store manager who can't do enough for you. Great selection of games for all platforms and an awesome place to trade in your unwanted consoles, phones and tablets etc. Highly recommended and in a great location in town with local parking nearby in the Vue cinema. Get yourself down there and grab a great deal!"
