"Do not buy anything from the online store as they take your money but know that they don't have any stock. They take a week to process your order and then take ages to refund you because they don't have any stock. It's a con. They also use Hermes to do deliveries and they cannot be trusted with parcels and certainly not with people's data. You will end up getting dodgy phone calls from people pretending to be from MasterCard wanting your bank account details. Very dodgy stay away."
"Called In today, got what i needed which was good. Sales assistant on the other hand was quite rude, passed over product to buy, pretty much snatched it out my hand. Asked the sales assistant a question, didn't even pay attention to what I asked and carried on with what they were doing In the background whilst making the transaction. Won't be coming here again"
"Got some lovely clothes today. Had assistance when we asked for advice and the changing rooms were handy to try things on. Access is via an escalator but there is a lift at the bottom to the right. We even went back and bought a very reasonable priced winter coat so we left happy that we got sorted all within one store. There is no parking onsite but there is plenty car parks within a short walk."
